meet the staff

  • JASON PETERMANN

    LEAD Pastor

    jason@ccclife.net

I grew up in Mishawaka, Indiana (near South Bend), which I fondly call the “great white north” since it gets SO much snow! I graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and have spent the last 26 years in ministry as Worship Pastor, Administrative Pastor, and now Lead Pastor.

My wife and I have five children. Two of them are married, and one of them has given us 3 beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy taking trips with my wife, watching movies, and playing golf!

In 2010, our family moved to Bartlesville and I became the Lead Pastor of Christ Community Church. The last 5 years has been a great time of personal growth, as well as spiritual and numerical growth for our church. We have seen so many lives changed by the Gospel! My passion is to love and lead people to take next steps to find and follow Jesus! I love preaching and teaching God’s Word because I believe it has the answers that people are looking for in life.

  • Josiah Petermann

    ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRIES

    JOSIAH@ccclife.net

I grew up in Park Forest, Illinois, just an hour from the greatest ball park in the world (Go Cubs Go)! I surrendered to ministry at church camp when I was young, and graduated from Baptist Bible College in 2016 with my Pastoral Studies degree. I am so humbled to be serving on staff with my dad and brother at CCC.

I also married my college sweetheart in 2016! It has been such a joy to learn life with her, and we are excited to be finished with school and serving our community in the local church. We love watching movie series, making late night half-priced shake runs, spending time with family, and anything that lets us be outdoors together.

Our passion and area of ministry at CCC is students. We believe the years of being a student, specifically a teenager and young adult, is the most formable and sensitive time in a person's life, and we are grateful to play a part in cultivating a student's desire to find God's will for their life. We strive to see them understand that they are entrusted with God's Word, equipped to do His work, and empowered to impact His world in their daily context.

  • billy arreola lopez

    Connections pastor

    billy@ccclife.net

I was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. I love reading old war memoirs, playing Settlers of Catan, and I enjoy journaling and being in the outdoors (Colorado mountains preferably).

I'm a graduate from Oklahoma Wesleyan University here in Bartlesville, and I've been at Christ Community since 2014. I'm currently pursuing my M.Div. through a seminary in Indiana. I'm drawn towards teaching and equipping people so that they can do best what only they can do in furthering God's Kingdom. We all have our special part to play in God's Mission - I'm passionate about helping you discover and channel that passion.

If you ever want to connect, meet for coffee (I would probably drink chocolate milk), and see how you can plug in, let me know! I'd love to meet with you!

  • josh PETERMANN

    Worship Arts director

    josh@ccclife.net

I was born just outside of Chicago, Illinois, and grew up all over the place in several different states! I thoroughly enjoy skateboarding, action movies, listening to most any type of music, and playing any instrument I can get my hands on (whether or not I actually know how to play it).

I experienced my initial call to full-time, vocational ministry at the age of 13 while at church camp. I did not, however, have any clue as to the specific field or any details regarding my calling until I discovered an affection for music a couple of years ago. My passion at this stage in life revolves around music, more specifically, using the gift of music to lead others into a place of transparency and security before our God as we lift our voices and sing songs to Him.

I am currently a Sophomore at Oklahoma Wesleyan University and am majoring in Pastoral Ministry/Worship Arts. I am also heavily involved with and employed at a local youth/skateboarding ministry, and have been serving there since 2011.

If you happen to have any questions regarding our Worship Team, both Tech and Music, or even just want to jam, I'm your guy!

  • alesia bohnsack

    c3 kids director

    alesia@ccclife.net

I was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ.  Growing up my family was very involved in our church and I was fortunate to have many positive examples in my life of what it truly looks like to love and serve Jesus.

After high school I moved to Bartlesville to attend college at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. It was there that I met my husband Scott, and five years after graduating, I finally convinced him to marry me. We have a two year old daughter that I have the incredible privilege of getting to stay home with.

Before joining the staff at Christ Community Church, I spend 9 years teaching elementary school.  I love working with kids and have a passion for helping them find and follow Jesus. I am honored to be a part of the C3 team, and I'm excited about what God is doing in our church and in the C3 kids ministry!

  • cyndee boudreaux

    administrative assistant

    office@ccclife.net

I grew up right here in Bartlesville and married my high school sweetheart, Doug.  After graduating from Oklahoma State University (Go POKES!) with a degree in Family Relations and Child Development, Doug and I moved to Houston for 8 years where we attended a small Presbyterian church that looked just like my little white church bank I remembered from Sundayschool! We got really involved in a small group there and knew that when we moved, we would always need to find a church with a strong small group ministry that we could plug into.  We decided to move back to Bartlesville after our son was born to raise him around extended family and in a smaller community.

Since returning to Bartlesville, our family has grown to 4 children- 2 boys, James and Jackson- and 2 girls, Kate and Caroline.  We enjoy being involved in the local children’s musical theater program here, playing games together (family game night is a must at our house!), and watching our children in various sporting activities.  I also spend many hours at an elementary school working with and encouraging struggling readers as a Title 1 reading teacher.

After 14 years at the Children’s director at CCC, I am now the administrative assistant (but still volunteer in the children’s areas!). I keep up with the church bills and finances.  I maintain the church membership roles and work behind the scenes on many of our events.  I make sure that we are staying on top of all the little details.  If you need to find it, chances are I know where it is.
