Meet the Staff
I grew up in Mishawaka, Indiana (near South Bend), which I fondly call the “great white north” since it gets SO much snow! I graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and have spent the last 26 years in ministry as Worship Pastor, Administrative Pastor, and now Lead Pastor.
My wife and I have five children. Two of them are married, and one of them has given us 3 beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy taking trips with my wife, watching movies, and playing golf!
In 2011, our family moved to Bartlesville and I became the Lead Pastor of Christ Community Church. The last 8 years has been a great time of personal growth, as well as spiritual and numerical growth for our church. We have seen so many lives changed by the Gospel! My passion is to love and lead people to take next steps to find and follow Jesus! I love preaching and teaching God’s Word because I believe it has the answers that people are looking for in life.
I was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. I love playing ultimate frisbee, hanging out with friends, and spending quality time with my wife. If you can describe Christian rap using words like 'fire' and 'lit,' then we should get along just fine. I make a mean cheesecake and I would love to share it with you sometime. I'm also always in search of a great cup of coffee, so I hope we can sit down and have one together sometime! Just a random fun fact about me - I can do a cartwheel, and I have no problem showing it off. In my spare time, you can find me catching up on Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
God called me into the ministry when I was 17, and from there, I attended Victory Bible Institute where I graduated in 2012. I have a heart for the younger generations, and I love helping young people find their next steps in Christ. I met my wife at Life Church of Bartlesville where I instantly fell in love - she took a little convincing. We've been happily married for the last 5 years, and I couldn't ask for anyone better to do life with. I would say she's the girl of my dreams, but I don't think I can dream that big! My happy place is anywhere she is. We love being the hands and feet of Jesus. Our happy place is anywhere God puts us. I am always willing to be a listening ear to those who need it.
If we haven't had the chance to connect yet, what are we waiting for? Reach out to me because I would love to get to know you!
I grew up in Park Forest, Illinois, just an hour from the greatest ball park in the world (Go Cubs Go)! I surrendered to ministry at church camp when I was young, and graduated from Baptist Bible College in 2016 with my Pastoral Studies degree.
I also married my college sweetheart in 2016! It has been such a joy to learn life with her, and we are excited to be finished with school and serving our community in the local church. We love watching movie series, making late night half-priced shake runs, spending time with family, and anything that lets us be outdoors together.
Our passion and area of ministry at C3 is youth. We believe the years of being a student, specifically a teenager and young adult, is the most formable and sensitive time in a person's life, and we are grateful to play a part in cultivating a student's desire to find God's will for their life. We strive to see them understand that they are entrusted with God's Word, equipped to do His work, and empowered to impact His world in their daily context.
I was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. I love reading old war memoirs, playing Settlers of Catan, and I enjoy journaling and being in the outdoors (Colorado mountains preferably).
I have an undergrad from OKWU and a Master's from Wesley Seminary. I've been at Christ Community since 2014. I'm drawn towards teaching and equipping people so that they can do best what only they can do in furthering God's Kingdom. We all have our special part to play in God's Mission - I'm passionate about helping you discover and channel that passion.
If you ever want to connect, meet for coffee and see how you can plug in, let me know! I'd love to meet with you!
I was born and raised in Oklahoma. We moved to Dewey when I was in the 2nd grade and we have lived in this area for most of my life, I have tried to leave, but always seem to find my way home. Oklahoma is in my blood.
My wife, Angie, and I have five children between us. We have a huge blended family with a total of 20 grandchildren, ranging in ages from 18 years to 20 months old.
My wife and I enjoy watching movies and listening to music. I’m a huge nerd. Collecting toys & amp; comic books are my favorite hobbies. I enjoy drawing and telling stories. The outdoors have always been a huge part of my life. The woods are my second home. I love to explore off trail and along creek bottoms.
For 10 years, I’ve been in involved in a local at-risk children’s outreach ministry in the Bartlesville and Dewey area. I have been serving as Executive Director for My Refuge for the past 6 years. God called me to preach 6 years ago and I’ve been doing so at West Oak Baptist Church in Bartlesville. We have seen God to great things and are looking forward with great anticipation to what is to come in the future at our Oak Park campus.
I was born just outside of Chicago, Illinois, and grew up all over the place in several different states! I thoroughly enjoy skateboarding, action movies, listening to most any type of music, and playing any instrument I can get my hands on (whether or not I actually know how to play it).
I experienced my initial call to full-time, vocational ministry at the age of 13 while at church camp. I did not, however, have any clue as to the specific field or any details regarding my calling until I discovered an affection for music a couple of years ago. My passion at this stage in life revolves around music, more specifically, using the gift of music to lead others into a place of transparency and security before our God as we lift our voices and sing songs to Him.
I am currently a senior at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, and I'm majoring in Pastoral Ministry/Worship Arts. I am also heavily involved with and employed at a local youth/skateboarding ministry, and have been serving there since 2011.
If you happen to have any questions regarding our Worship Team, both Tech and Music, or even just want to jam, I'm your guy!
I'm a Texas girl through & through but have lived all over & ended up in good ‘ol Bartlesville in May of 2017. I love to laugh, travel (I would gladly live out of a suitcase), play board games & watch movies. In 2011 I married my dreamy husband, Tate, & 7 years later we welcomed the sweetest, little, blue-eyed boy named Liam into our lives. He immediately stole our hearts!
When I was 10, I realized my need for Jesus & asked Him to come into my life. Since then, I’ve made more mistakes than I can count & have had many ups & downs. He takes me back every time & loves me through my darkest moments. He gives me an unwavering peace & joy that only He can. I can’t imagine not having His hope & grace in my life.
We began attending C3 at the end of the summer in 2018 & officially made it our church home in October. After searching for so long, we found the community we had been craving & needing so badly. Life wasn’t meant to be done alone. Shortly after we joined C3 on the mission to love & lead people to take next steps to find & follow Jesus, I joined the staff as the admin assistant. My job is to input giving, make sure bills are paid & oversee the “behind the scenes” tasks.
If you are interested in serving but are more of a “behind the scenes” person like myself, let me know & we can get you plugged in!
I was born in Bartlesville, and I've lived here my entire life. I grew up in church, and have been a believer since was a child, but I never truly knew what it meant to live for Christ until a couple years ago. I'm currently a senior in high school attending Wesleyan Christian School, and I plan on moving my life to Tulsa following graduation for my next step.
God's call for my life is to pursue the road of ministry and missionary work, and I'll be able to prepare myself in my walk while attending ORU by making new connections there. This calling was most strongly revealed to me during the mission trip to Guatemala last October.
I enjoy spending my spare time making videos or writing lyrics. I've been filming and editing video for years, and the art style has always intrigued me. I'm super passionate about telling a story through the videos I make, and if you've ever attended C3, you've most likely seen me on the big screen in the auditorium. Here at C3 I make the weekly announcement videos you see at the start of every service.
If you're interested in video, come talk to me! I'd love to connect with you whoever you are lol. (subscribe to me on YouTube: Red Rover)
